This website does not sell anything, take payments or create accounts. When you click a buy button you go to thehouseofmouth.com.au, where The House of Mouth™'s own privacy policy applies to your order.
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, provide wholesale pricing and product information you asked for, and run and improve this website. We don't sell your personal information.
Form submissions are delivered to us by email using FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. Our website host and any analytics provider may also process technical data on our behalf. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We don't otherwise disclose your information unless the law requires it.
Links to The House of Mouth™ include tracking tags (UTM parameters) so we can see which pages send visitors to the store. These tags don't identify you personally.
This website sets no advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, it records aggregate visit data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) and is configured not to identify you. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of this site.
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to meet our record-keeping obligations, generally up to seven years for wholesale enquiries that lead to an account, and no longer than two years for general enquiries that do not. Aggregate analytics data is kept for up to 26 months.
